Ixsea Oceano Oceanographic
Acoustic Release range of products comprises two main
families:

AR8xx
are the latest generation high class acoustic releases with
command acknowledgement and ranging function, including
PINGER mode, STATUS and additional commands.
RT8xx are Acoustic Transponders for Acoustic
Positioning with release function (release hook) and are
compatible with POSIDONIA USBL Acoustic Positioning system.
Ixsea Oceano Oceanographic Acoustic Releases
range from shallow water to deepest seas (6000m standard,
more optional), from light 250kg) to highest loads (5,000kg).

They are ultra-low
consumption thanks to 3.3 V technology, and powered
with standard alkaline cells or lithium batteries
for even extended operation.
Made of plastic, aluminium alloy, high resistant
duplex stainless steel alloy or titanium, the ideal
model for your mooring is available from Ixsea Oceano.
