Deep Ocean Engineering filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on March 19, 2010. Inspection of the comany's assets by interested parties was held on April 20th. Bids on any or all of the assets are due by Friday, April 23rd. FSI is in the process of purchasing all of the assets with the goal of re-starting the production of DOE's vehicles and supporting past customers. We will keep you posted on any new developments.
